Guest portal: one link from arrival to checkout
Guests receive a private link tied to their booking. They complete their details, pay, and see their room, bed, locker and door code. They request laundry, report an issue or check out. It runs in the browser with no app to install, in your property's branding.

No. The system works fully without hardware. Compatible devices can be connected later.
Does the guest need to install an app?
No. The portal runs in the phone browser through a private link tied to the reservation.
Where does booking money go?

Is this a public booking site?
No. Hostelivo is an operating system for property owners and does not list your property on a marketplace.
