Every number comes from the database
No hand-typed figures on operational screens. The trial hostel is separate and clearly labelled.

Nothing shows as done before confirmation
Payments, door commands and access revocation only show as done after the provider confirms. Until then you see the real state.

The trial never touches real systems
The trial hostel uses test connectors only. The server refuses any real payment or lock connection there.

Identity documents stay private
Optional by property policy, encrypted, and every view is logged. Platform staff cannot see them by default.

Communication stays in the product
Requests and reports go through tickets and messages inside the system, not scattered chats.
