Move a guest to another bed
Sometimes a guest needs to move because of a fault or a request. A move keeps the full stay history.
You can try these steps on the trial hostel.
Steps
- 1Open the reservation from the calendar or the list
- 2Click move bed
- 3Choose the new bed from beds available for the same dates
- 4Choose whether the move starts today or later
- 5Enter the reason and save
Keep in mind
- If the guest has a door code or locker, review them after the move
- The old bed gets a cleaning task if the guest slept in it
