Add a property, rooms and beds

The platform builds everything on the bed. So the first step is to set up the property as it really is.

Steps

1. 1In settings, add the property with its name, city and time zone
2. 2Choose the property category, such as tourism hostel or shared housing
3. 3Add the building, then its floors
4. 4Add rooms and set each room's type and category
5. 5Add beds to each room. A bed gets a code such as 01-3
6. 6Set check-in time, check-out time and house rules

Keep in mind

• The number of beds in a room is a hard limit. You cannot book more than it
• If you have a licensed capacity, enter it and the system warns you if beds exceed it
